A dreadful automatic transmission
Kenwood sub and professionally installed Sony system
Bilstien shocks
Drilled and slotted rotors (badly in need of a cut and polish that has since been completed) and braided steel brake lines in the front only
M3 "twisties"- the side skirts
Stock 15 inch style 6 alloys, and chrome 17 inch style 68s off an e46
Yakima roof rack with bike mounts

New m50 engine with 140k (to replace the 250k blown HG)

New oem clutch + flywheel

Afe cold air intake
Eibach sport lowering springs
M3 front bumper + splitter
2 working fog lights
11 -> 18 button OBC conversion
Cup holder tray
Electric fan + fan clutch delete
Glass depo angel eye projectors
Rota p45rs 18x8 rims
2 Bridgestone potenzas (80%)+ 2 hankook ventus evo 2 (new)
(also just bought some AT italia flash wheels for hopeful track days this summer)
Of course various gaskets have been replaced, coolant flushed and oil done.
Next on the list is rubber for track tires, front and rear strut bars and suspension bushings
